Step 3: If in agreement with terms, design and price, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to begin work.
Step 4: Right after payment of deposit, we brainstorm on the best .com domain name and purchase it along with the hosting (included in the flat rate cost).
Step 5: We get to work with the team to start designing specifics and coding your website. This takes the longest time during the whole process. Based on the sophistication, number of pages and detail of design, the time frame for this step can be between one week (simple informational landing page) and two months (fully functional ecommerce store with products). During this time frame we will hold weekly meetings in person or over the phone to review progress and make adjustments along the way. We also confer via email throughout the process to gather content and information from you.
Step 6: Once in agreement with final revisions and design of the website, we LAUNCH! At this point the remaining 75% of the balance is due.
Step 7: We understand that you may change your mind about somethings on the website or some features may not work as well as you expect for your business. That’s why for the next 30 days we provide real-time tech support and any small revisions to the site you may seek to make after launch. We also keep your content updated and answer any questions you have. If major changes that take a lot of time are requested they will be billed on a case by case basis. Some major changes that will typically be billed include, but are not limited to: changing theme and design of entire website, changing the domain name or adding more pages.
Step 8: After the 30 day support period and payment of full balance, all passwords and log in information required to manage the website are turned over to you. If you wish to continue having website maintenance and support from us, we can discuss pricing.
